Job Description
• Monthly Payroll Checking and Disbursement of Company.
• Check and confirm the SSF of all employees
• Calculation and disbursement of other compensation plans; Bonuses, Incentives, Advances, etc.
• Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in timesheets and payroll records
• Up-to-date information on compensation, benefit, and other required information in HRIS
• Prepare and monitor monthly compensation trends.
• Standardization of Compensation and Benefits practices across the company
Must Have knowledge of HR Practices,Labor Laws,MS Office Package,SSF and Consistently meet the deadlines
Job Requirements
- Experience : Proven Experience in Payroll Management in hand experience in HRIS(NimbleSoftware).
- Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Strong knowledge of payroll software and labor laws.

Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
