Job Description
- Greet customers and assess their service needs for vehicles or products.
- Provide detailed explanations of services, repairs, and costs to customers.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate service records and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical /Automobile Engineering
- Minimum 4 years experience in Service sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and services.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
