Job Description
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll and benefits administration.
- Support performance management and appraisal systems.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree
- Experience: 3-4 years in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Nimble systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
