Job Description

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll and benefits administration.
  • Support performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelors Degree/Masters Degree
  • Experience: 3-4 years in HR 
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Nimble systems preferred.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
