Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of HRIS, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
