Senior Supply Chain Officer

Job Description

• Forecast and budget raw material volumes and specifications.
• Generate purchase orders for suppliers and accurately collate invoices for payment processing.
• Procurement of all raw materials for the factory.
• Monitor stock reorder levels to optimize reorder cycle.
• Track all orders, purchases and delivery logistics.
• Oversee all purchase and service contracts.
• Purchase goods ensuring the optimum price / quality ratio on the market.
• Ensure the implementation of supply procedure complies with company procedures.
• Monitor supplies to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure that all purchases are done following the financial plan, cash forecast / budgets.
• Check the purchase dossier before sending for validation to ensure they comply with company procurement procedures.
• Anticipate the supply activities related to projects and convey to purchaser on time.
• Participate in project procurement plan of the company.
• Provide technical support on supply chain management.
• Support in managing and coordinating the Field agents and farm management activities.
• Monitor team performance to upskill team where necessary.
• Monitor suppliers’ performance.
• Manage interdepartmental and external communications.
• Manage supply chain database / dashboards efficiently.
• Update purchase / supply records and generate real-time reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually.
