Job Description
- Manage order planning, indent finalization, and demand coordination
- Coordinate and follow up with distributors, warehouses, and beneficiaries
- Handle transport negotiation, alignment, and logistics coordination
- Identify and report damages and shortages during transportation and storage
- Monitor detention fees and support cost-control initiatives
- Maintain and review GRN, ageing, and stock movement reports
- Support supply chain reporting, process improvements, and compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in an FMCG company at an assistant manager or similar level
- Strong understanding of order planning, logistics coordination, and transport management
- Experience in handling GRN, ageing reports, and inventory tracking
- Good analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
