Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade accounts, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and large retail chains.
- Ensure effective collaboration to achieve sales targets and maximize business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Execute trade marketing and promotional strategies within assigned accounts.
- Analyze sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Work with retailers to ensure optimal product assortment, visibility, and shelf space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop category growth strategies tailored to each account.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and promotional activities with retail partners to ensure profitability.
- Manage trade discounts, schemes, and incentives to drive incremental sales.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to optimize product offerings.
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of products at customer outlets.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to manage inventory levels and minimize stock outs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account performance metrics to management.
- Use data-driven insights to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Strong understanding of FMCG dynamics and modern retail environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- BBA/MBA Graduates preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on modern trade in the FMCG sector.
