Job Description
-Assist the sales team in processing orders,preparing quotations and handling sales documentation.
-Monitor order status,delivery timelines and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customers,sales and orders in the system.
-Coordinate with internal departments like logistics,warehouse and finance to ensure seamless workflow.
-Generate regular sales performance reports and provide data-driven insights to the sales team.
-Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
-Resolve product/service issues promptly and follow up for resolution satisfaction.
-Gather and document customer feedback to share with internal teams for continuous improvement.
-Handle return and refund processes in line with company policies.
-Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support retention and loyalty.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor Completed
- Experience: 2-3 years in related field
- Licence with 2 Wheeler Compulsory
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word & Outlook); experience in ERP or CRM systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Nepali.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
