Job Description

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.

Maintain and update client records using CRM systems.

Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation related to client interactions.

Support business development efforts through client follow-ups and engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years in customer service, CRM, or sales coordination
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools/software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
