Job Description

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and issue resolution.

  • Maintain and update client records using CRM systems.

  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation related to client interactions.

  • Support business development efforts through client follow-ups and engagement activities.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  •  1–2 years in customer service, CRM, or sales coordination
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools/software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach.
