Job Description
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Provide detailed information about products and recommend suitable options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update customer information using Microsoft Office applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Running or Completed in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or customer-facing sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Smart, confident, and well-presented personality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
