- To implement the defined objectives of the organization in terms of Tractors Sales & Product Support for the defined period in the state
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Strong knowledge of finance, marketing, sales, operations management and inventory control.
- Be an active team member sharing ideas and participating in team spirit, and be loyal to and supportive of colleagues including any temporary members of staff
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
