Job Description
- Drive sales growth by achieving assigned targets through strategic visits to sites, offices, and industrial clients
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and customized solutions to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
- Manage account receivables and ensure timely collections
- Apply value-based selling techniques and situational selling strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 4-5 years of experience in technical sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Ability to understand technical products and provide solutions-based selling
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-up discipline
- Willingness to travel for client visits and site meetings
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach
- High level of commitment and accountability
