Job Description
- Drive sales growth by achieving assigned targets through regular visits to construction sites, industries, consultants, and client offices.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based consultations to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend innovative, cost-effective technical solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
- Apply value-based selling techniques and situational selling principles to maximize customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to strengthen market presence.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Represent the company professionally while ensuring excellent customer service and long-term client retention.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, industrial products, engineering solutions, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain products and solutions effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of value-based selling and customer-focused sales techniques.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel frequently for client visits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler riding license is preferred.
