Product Development Incharge – Pipes & Fittings.

Job Description

• Lead the product development process for pipes and fittings, ensuring products meet market needs and company standards. 
• Conduct extensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape. 
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure product placement aligns with  business objectives. 
• Utilize data analysis to inform product design decisions and improve existing product lines. 
• Drive research and development initiatives, fostering innovation and technological advancements. 
• Oversee the creation of product prototypes and manage testing phases to ensure quality and compliance. 
• Develop comprehensive product development strategies to achieve short – term and long term goals. 
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and integrate into product  enhancements.   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Design or related Field (Preference will be 
• given to Master’s Degree).
• Minimum of 5 yrs. of experience in product development, specifically in pipes and 
• fittings.    
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of material properties.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
