Nepal Vending is a leader in providing innovative vending solutions across Nepal. We are expanding our presence and seeking a proactive Branch Sales & Marketing Executive for our Bharatpur office. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to contribute to the growth of the vending industry while developing their careers in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies specific to the Bharatpur region.
- Identify and engage potential clients, expanding the company's market reach.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the head office to align local strategies with overall company goals.
- Conduct market research to understand local consumer preferences and competitor activities.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the branch's revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG, retail, or technology-driven products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the Bharatpur market will be a strong asset.
- Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- It is mandatory to have a valid vehicle license.
