Job Description
- Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaboration with health professionals and distributors to generate lead of our products.
- Provide timely, accurate, and constructive sales information and plan monthly activity.
- Identifying existing market issues, address and resolve those issues promptly in coordination and as per the instruction by Supervisors/HODs & the Management.
- Monitor sales and follow up for payment recovery.
- Day-to-day client visits, submission of daily sales visit reports to immediate Supervisor/Department Head. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups, and provide regular reports to the Supervisors/HODs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, including clinical studies, product benefits to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Plan and conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
- Collect feedback from customers regarding product performance and report it to the management team and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Other assignment as per the Supervisors/HODs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Health Science or any related field.
- Prior experience of 1 year or even freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in sales and marketing of medical & diagnostic equipment will be an added advantage.
- Tactfulness and an excellent ability to deal with people and good at sales negotiation.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially in Excel/Word.
- Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, and coordination skills within the team and with external stakeholders (distributors, medical officials, doctors).
