Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments function smoothly.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service delivery.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams to streamline processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems and other digital tools.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in the automobile sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
