Job Description

Oversee daily operations and ensure all departments function smoothly.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and service delivery.
Coordinate with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams to streamline processes.
Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for management.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions.
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
4–5 years of proven experience in operations, preferably in the automobile sector.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
