Job Description

Oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical systems in the plant

Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical machinery to ensure optimal performance
-
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
-
Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance productivity
-
Ensure all safety procedures and standards are followed during operations
-
Prepare daily shift reports and maintenance logs
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in the cement industry
-
Strong technical knowledge of plant machinery and mechanical systems
-
Ability to work in rotational shifts and perform under pressure
-
Effective communication and team management skills
-
Familiarity with safety and operational protocols in industrial environments
