Basic Information
Job Description
- Assist in inspection, diagnosis, and maintenance of commercial vehicles.
- Ensure adherence to workshop standards and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting through ERP systems.
- Support senior engineers and workshop team in technical operations.
- Stay updated on national and international trends in the automobile industry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in automobile/workshop operations.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with ERP systems.
- Understanding of workshop norms and customer service standards.
- Basic knowledge of commercial vehicle systems and industry trends.
