Senior Accounts & Finance Officer

Job Description

• Maintain and oversee accounting records in compliance with NFRS standards
• Manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and periodic financial reporting
• Handle costing, inventory control, and store consumption analysis in a manufacturing setup
• Work on ERP systems (SAP B1 preferred) for accounting, inventory, and reporting functions
• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and MIS reports using MS Excel
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Prepare presentations and financial summaries for management review
• Ensure compliance with statutory, internal control, and audit requirements

Job Requirements

• MBA/MBS in Finance or Accounts, or Semi-CA / ACCA from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector at a senior officer level
• Practical knowledge of ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred)
• Strong working-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
• Ability to prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Working-level knowledge of NFRS applicable to manufacturing companies
• Sound understanding of costing, inventory management, and store consumption
• Self-motivated, proactive, and confident with strong decision-making ability
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
