Finance Head

Job Description

• Oversee and manage the overall finance and accounting operations of the institution.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, reports, and audits.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and internal policies.
• Supervise and guide the finance and accounts team.
• Monitor cash flow, expense management, and financial performance.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions when required.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Job Requirements

• A master’s degree is completed with professional certification, such as CA or ACCA.
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and accounting principles.
• Experience in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance management.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel).
