Management Trainee

Job Description

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting activities.
• Support the finance team in analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
• Monitor financial performance and help identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
• Coordinate with different departments to collect financial information and ensure accuracy.
• Support management in decision-making through financial analysis and insights.
• Participate in training programs to develop managerial and analytical skills.

Job Requirements

• Master’s degree in finance specialization (MBA/MBS).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance specialization (BBA/BBS).
• Strong mathematical, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Candidates must have secured 80% or above in mathematics or mathematics-related subjects at both the bachelor's and master's levels.
• Fresh graduates may apply; candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales and marketing are preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Maximum 32 years running.
•  Valid driving license with personal vehicle preferred.
