Accounts Officer

Job Description

• Maintain and update financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Oversee manufacturing accounting, costing, and inventory management.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and summaries.
• Ensure compliance with Nepal tax laws and statutory requirements.
• Utilize accounting software (Synergy, Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel to streamline processes.
• Monitor and control financial transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance, particularly in manufacturing accounting.
• Proficiency in Synergy software and other accounting tools (Tally, ERP systems).
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, costing, and financial reporting.
• Good understanding of Nepal tax laws and statutory compliance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
