Job Description

Maintain and update financial records, including ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
Oversee manufacturing accounting, costing, and inventory management.
Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and summaries.
Ensure compliance with Nepal tax laws and statutory requirements.
Utilize accounting software (Synergy, Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel to streamline processes.
Monitor and control financial transactions with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Support audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance, particularly in manufacturing accounting.
Proficiency in Synergy software and other accounting tools (Tally, ERP systems).
Strong knowledge of inventory control, costing, and financial reporting.
Good understanding of Nepal tax laws and statutory compliance.
Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
