Job Description

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including NRB, AML/CFT, and SEBON frameworks
Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and internal policies
Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on necessary updates and risks
Conduct due diligence and support internal audits and compliance reviews
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders when required
Assist in developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls
Maintain proper documentation and records related to legal and compliance matters

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), BBA, or related field
2–3 years of experience in legal and compliance roles (preferably in financial/investment sector)
Strong understanding of NRB regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and SEBON frameworks
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail with strong ethical standards and integrity
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
