Job Description
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including NRB, AML/CFT, and SEBON frameworks
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, agreements, and internal policies
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on necessary updates and risks
- Conduct due diligence and support internal audits and compliance reviews
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders when required
- Assist in developing and implementing compliance frameworks, policies, and internal controls
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to legal and compliance matters
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), BBA, or related field
- 2–3 years of experience in legal and compliance roles (preferably in financial/investment sector)
- Strong understanding of NRB regulations, AML/CFT guidelines, and SEBON frameworks
- Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High attention to detail with strong ethical standards and integrity
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
