Finance Head

Job Description

• Develop and implement financial strategies and plans
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and monitor financial performance
• Oversee product costing and control production expenses
• Prepare financial reports and ensure timely MIS reporting
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow and optimize working capital
• Establish internal controls and manage financial risks

Job Requirements

• CA qualified or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a manufacturing company (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of costing, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Hands-on experience in VAT, taxation, and compliance
• Proficiency in financial reporting and MIS preparation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
