Finance Manager

Job Description

• Oversee overall financial management and accounting operations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and trade finance instruments
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure statutory compliance and tax management
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to management
• Monitor trading operations and supply chain finance performance
• Lead and supervise the finance and accounts team
• Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Semi-Qualified CA / CA / ACCA or equivalent professional certification preferred
• CPA/CMA or equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• At least 7+ years of relevant experience in the trading or distribution business preferred
• Proven experience in handling audits, banking coordination, and regulatory compliance
• Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen
• Deep understanding of trading operations and supply chain finance
• Expertise in cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Knowledge of trade finance instruments
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
