Job Description
- Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and transactions
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping activities
- Enter financial data accurately into accounting or ERP systems
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense tracking
- Prepare basic financial and administrative reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation
- Support compliance with internal financial procedures
Job Requirements
- +2 Completed or Bachelor’s Degree (Running) in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the accounts and finance field
