Job Description
-
Oversee mechanical operations and maintenance of the plant
-
Handle equipment such as VRM, ball mill, roto packer, and stationary packer
-
Implement and monitor CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
-
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimal downtime
-
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelors Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering.?
- Experience: 3-4 years in cement/steels plant.?
- - Knowledge of VRM and ball mill and packing plant with roto packer and stationary packer.?
- - Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is an advantage.?
- - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.?
- - Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
