Job Description

Job Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Salary Range: 10 Lakhs - 12 Lakhs per annum
Must have an experience of at least 5-6 years of experience in the related field. 
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that reflect company values and support business goals.
Plan, implement, and evaluate employee relations initiatives, ensuring the organization’s human resources are effectively managed and aligned with company policies.
Develop and maintain workforce plans to ensure the organization is adequately resourced at all times, including talent acquisition for senior-level roles.
Supervise, train, and mentor the HR team, set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative, accountable work culture.
Manage employee separations, conduct timely exit interviews, and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
Coordinate and monitor the maintenance of the HR database, ensuring accurate and complete employee records.
Collect and analyze employee data for trends, using this information to prepare HR reports for management decision-making.
Lead recruitment efforts for senior positions and keep abreast of the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Address workplace issues, ensuring employees are thriving in their roles and are satisfied with their work environment.
Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with government laws and regulations.
Ensure timely processing of HR correspondence, including references, confirmations, transfers, and new appointments, in compliance with established policies.
Job Specification:
Should have knowledge of Labour Law, and must be updated with the HR policies and practices.
Familiarity with HRIS software and other digital tools for HR management is a plus.
