Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives for MT Segment.
- Build sales and marketing strategies for the MT Segment to improve the sales and generate revenues
- Tie-up with the MT stakeholders and build relationship for product placement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and manage the sales department budget,ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Focus on slow moving product and timely liquidation and plan schemes.
- Must have the ability to manage Modern trade customers, negotiation skill and develop joint marketing promotions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Graduates
- Proven Experience of 2-3 years in MT sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in handling key accounts and driving sales growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts.
