Basic Information
Job Description
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Respond to inquiries related to educational programs, admissions, and services.
- Provide counseling to students and parents regarding courses and career paths.
- Coordinate with college representatives and assist in student enrollment processes.
- Maintain records of inquiries, follow-ups, and student applications.
- Ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and academic coordinators.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and counseling sessions.
- Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and data entry.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related studies.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in counseling or the education industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and education industry standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a professional demeanor.
