Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Identify client needs and recommend solutions or additional services.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports.
- Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues effectively.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Experience: minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Client Relations or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members on a daily basis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.
