Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions or additional services.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Handle escalations professionally and resolve issues effectively.

 

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. 
  • Experience: minimum 5 years of experience as a Customer Relationship Manager, Client Relations or similar role. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members on a daily basis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.
