Job Description
- Work Hours: Morning shift (7 AM to 3 PM).
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Handle inquiries about our services and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders as necessary.
Job Requirements
- High school completed or Bachelor running
- A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar role and field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
