Job Description
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior management for smooth daily operations
- Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle official correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups professionally
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using MS Excel and MS Word
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders effectively
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential information
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or currently running
- 1–2 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Administrative role
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Practical knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and confidential work approach
