Job Description
- Visit retail outlets and markets regularly within the assigned territory.
- Open new retail accounts and expand market coverage.
- Promote and sell company products to retailers and wholesalers.
- Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and proper merchandising at outlets.
- Conduct range selling in existing stores to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain positive relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Submit daily sales reports and market visit updates.
- Utilize smartphone applications for reporting and communication purposes.
Job Requirements
- SLC/SEE, +2/Intermediate completed.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in FMCG sales or any related field will have an added advantage.
- Must possess a smartphone.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned market area.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
