Basic Information
Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services
- Coordinate between customers and the workshop/service team
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships
- Follow up on customer feedback, complaints, and service quality
- Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports
- Support smooth workshop operations and service procedures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree running or +2 completed in Management
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; up to 1 year of experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of workshop norms, procedures, and management is an advantage
- Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
