Basic Information
Job Description
- Collecting daily customers, visit or inquiry data from every outlet of the Suzuki vehicles
- Ensuring daily required information/data is received via email and calls
- Preparing and maintaining a record of customer tracking progress to reach the product report
- Communicating and liaising verbally between dealers/customers/visitors’ enquirers and relevant persons
- Confer with the customers by telephone to provide information about products and services or to obtain details of complaints after sales
- Grievance handling of sales and after-sales customers
- Ensuring forecast and tracking marketing and sales trend as well as analyzing collected data
- Attend the periodic meetings to provide the management with information and proposals concerning customer interest or changing habits regarding the product or service
- Present the periodic report to the concerned authority on all of the activities performed
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned time to time
Job Requirements
Bachelor's/ Master's degrees in a related field can apply.
2-3 years of experience in a related field.
Must have advanced Excel skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
