Concrete Technologist

Job Description

• To design concrete mix & to recommend suitable mix designs to clients
• To meet engineers & discuss about concrete mix design
• To identify the ongoing & future projects of big contractors
• Regular visit of RMCs to discuss admixture dosage, workability & strength of concrete
• Regular visit of contractors to generate future leads or to do trial in current projects
• Generate sales from the prospects customers after successful completion of the trail
• Provide daily market visit & activity report to the line manager
• Provide information about competitor's activities such as pricing, quality or any other things observed during regular market visits

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor/Diplpoma in Civil Engineer or Civil Overseer
• Experience: 2-3 years in Cement Concrete in RMC
• Strong understanding of concrete materials, properties, and testing methods.
• Proficiency in laboratory equipment and testing procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
