Head Technician

Job Description

• Perform diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs or replace faulty parts, and perform periodic maintenance.
• Repair and service vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
• Inspect vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components, for potential issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems.
• Able to work under pressure, manage key objectives, and meet targets.
• Communicate with customers to explain repairs and maintenance procedures, as well as provide cost estimates.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
• After repairing vehicles, personally check them before delivery to customers.
• Support and lead team members smoothly.
• Improve productivity and efficiency.

Job Requirements

? Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
? Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
? Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Excellent communication and customer service skills.
? Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
? Diploma in automobile engineering, CTEVT, or equivalent.
? Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
