Mechanical Manager

Job Description

• Plan, organize, and oversee mechanical maintenance and repair activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with other departments for project planning and execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory and procure spare parts and tools as needed.
• Prepare and present reports on mechanical operations and maintenance.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in a mechanical engineering role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pneumatics, hydraulics, and rotating equipment.
• Experience with PLC systems, robotics, and other automated equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
