Job Description

  • Manage inventory and ensure the availability of required spare parts.

  • Process orders, coordinate with suppliers, and track deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, purchases, and sales.

  • Assist in inventory audits and implement stock control measures.

  • Provide technical support and product information to customers.

  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely parts availability.

Job Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in spare parts management, preferably in the heavy equipment sector.

  • Strong understanding of inventory management and procurement.

  • Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
