Basic Information
Job Description
-
Supervise daily operations in the workshop, ensuring quality service delivery.

Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Monitor and ensure the proper use of the company's standard software system.
-
Ensure that all required reports are printed, filed, and documented correctly.
-
Motivate and manage workshop staff to achieve productivity targets.
-
Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and service standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Experience : 2-3 Years of experience as workshop incharge
Excellent customer relation skills.
Go-getter, extrovert, energetic, with self-initiative.
To monitor the proper use of the company's standard software system and to ensure that
reports are printed and filed as required.
?Should have own 2 Wheeler vehicle with valid driving license.
