Workshop Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise daily operations in the workshop, ensuring quality service delivery.

• Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and ensure the proper use of the company's standard software system.

• Ensure that all required reports are printed, filed, and documented correctly.

• Motivate and manage workshop staff to achieve productivity targets.

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and service standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Diploma in Automobile Engineering
Experience : 2-3 Years  of experience as workshop incharge         
Excellent customer relation skills. 
Go-getter, extrovert, energetic, with self-initiative.  
To monitor the proper use of the company's standard software system and to ensure that 
reports are printed and filed as required. 
?Should have own 2 Wheeler vehicle with valid driving license.
