Job Description

Oversee day-to-day management and maintenance of residential or commercial properties.

Supervise ongoing construction, renovation, and repair works.

Ensure all civil engineering activities are aligned with safety and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.

Inspect buildings and infrastructure regularly to determine the need for repairs.

Maintain proper documentation and reports related to maintenance and construction.

Manage facility budgets, timelines, and resource allocation efficiently.

Provide technical input and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, facility maintenance, or property management.

Strong technical knowledge of civil works, materials, and structural safety.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
