Job Description
- Lead maintenance and servicing operations for heavy automobiles and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Utilize diagnostic software and tools to ensure efficient servicing and repairs.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and engineers.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering.
- Minium 5-8 years of experience in heavy automobile, heavy equipment maintenance and servicing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems in heavy vehicles.
- Knowledge of diagnostic software and tools used in automobile servicing.
