Job Description
-
Lead overall business strategy and ensure successful execution of solar energy projects
-
Oversee project development from feasibility to commissioning and operations
-
Build strong relationships with investors, government bodies, and key stakeholders
-
Secure funding, grants, and subsidies to support business expansion
-
Manage senior leadership teams and ensure operational excellence
-
Represent the organization at key industry events and forums
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience, with at least (5-7] years in a senior role within the renewable energy or solar industry
- Qualifications : Master's Degree
- Knowledge of solar project development lifecycle – from feasibility to commissioning and O&M.
- Experience in raising capital, working with investors, and securing grants or subsidies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
