Job Description

• Lead overall business strategy and ensure successful execution of solar energy projects

• Oversee project development from feasibility to commissioning and operations

• Build strong relationships with investors, government bodies, and key stakeholders

• Secure funding, grants, and subsidies to support business expansion

• Manage senior leadership teams and ensure operational excellence

• Represent the organization at key industry events and forums

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of leadership experience, with at least (5-7] years in a senior role within the renewable energy or solar industry 
• Qualifications : Master's Degree
• Knowledge of solar project development lifecycle – from feasibility to commissioning and O&M.
• Experience in raising capital, working with investors, and securing grants or subsidies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
