Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and provide recommendations for business growth.
- Oversee territory coverage, route planning, and customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Job Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: 5-6 years in sales within FMCG, tobacco, cigarette, or liquor industries.
- Salary: NPR 100,000 - 105,000.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
