Job Description
- Lead Showroom Operations: Maximize sales and customer satisfaction through effective showroom management.
- Mentor Staff: Train and mentor showroom staff to deliver exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
- Customer Inquiry Management: Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and promptly resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets by motivating staff, monitoring sales performance, and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Staff Supervision: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising showroom staff. Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, including receiving shipments, managing stock levels, and conducting regular inventory audits.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain showroom appearance by ensuring displays are visually appealing and merchandise is properly presented.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze sales and inventory reports. Provide insights and recommendations to the Showroom Manager.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Customer Engagement: Organize and participate in showroom events, promotions, and community engagement activities.
Job Requirements
- BBA/MBA Graduates
- 3-4 years of experience in retail management or a similar role. Experience in showroom or high-end retail preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
- Personal Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
