Job Description
- Achieve sales targets from dealers based on the budgeted annual plans.
- Communicate promotional schemes and offers to prospects and existing dealers effectively.
- Pitch and launch new products to direct dealers, ensuring successful market introduction.
- Monitor outstanding payments from dealers and ensure timely recovery, keeping overdue amounts under control.
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers such as interior contractors and architects to drive sales.
- Engage with builders, house owners, and other market segments to increase sales, as these are key contributors to revenue.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor studies to identify and onboard new dealers.
- Support dealers during the initial phase with initiatives such as in-shop selling, expanding or customizing the product range, and ensuring proper product display at counters.
Job Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline (BA, B.Com, BBA, BBM, or BMS).
- Graduation must be from a full-time course.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with dealers and influencers.
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, particularly in the paint and chemicals industry, is a plus.
- Ability to perform market analysis and study competitors to develop effective strategies.
- Experience in managing dealer networks and ensuring recovery of outstanding payments.
- Capable of working independently, achieving sales targets, and handling fieldwork.
