Job Description

Planning & budgeting of overall unit’s for entire fiscal year.
Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products.
Must have very effective communication skill with excellent negotiation and convincing power.
Must be able to introduce new products in market, opening new outlets, setting customer base
Must have excellent team management skill as he/she would be responsible to manage team of at least 30 sales persons

Job Requirements

Must have own bike/scooter with valid driving license.
Must have experience of 6-7 years in Cosmetic product field and have dealt with personal care products e.g. VLCC, Lotus, Nivea etc with 2-3 years in team management position.
Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Flexibile with the work time.
