Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
  • Oversee the development of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, presentations, and website content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to establish sales targets, quotas, and incentive programs, and provide ongoing support to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in high-level sales negotiations and deal closures as needed.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, events, and traditional advertising, to generate leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs, to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather insights and feedback, and use this information to refine products, services, and marketing approaches.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in sales and marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the yarn manufacturing industry.
  • Male candidates will be considered for this position due to specific business requirements.Must possess a valid vehicle license . 
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build rapport and negotiate effectively with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing systems, and social media management tools.
